Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
At Four Prints Services LLP, we strive to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping methods and timeframes vary depending on the type of product, customization requirements, and delivery location.
1.1 Standard Products
For standard products that do not require customization:
- Local Delivery (Mumbai): 3-5 business days
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Other Cities: 7-10 business days
1.2 Custom Products
For products that require customization or special manufacturing:
- Production Time: 10-15 business days (depending on complexity)
- Shipping Time: Additional 3-10 business days (as per standard shipping timeframes)
1.3 Large Format Products
For large format products such as LED walls, video displays, and kiosks:
- Production Time: 15-30 business days
- Shipping and Installation: Scheduled in coordination with the customer
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product dimensions, weight, delivery location, and chosen shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be provided during the checkout process or in your quotation.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable. For large format products or installations, our team will coordinate directly with you regarding delivery and installation schedules.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, additional shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices. Delivery timeframes for international orders will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:
1.1 Standard Products
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any cancellation fee.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before the order is shipped may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the product as per our Return Policy.
1.2 Custom Products
- Orders for custom products can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order with a 20% cancellation fee.
- Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.
1.3 Large Format Products and Installations
- Cancellation terms for large format products and installations are specified in the contract or quotation provided to you.
- Typically, a non-refundable deposit is required for such orders, which will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1 Standard Products
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Custom Products
Custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
1.3 Large Format Products and Installations
Return policies for large format products and installations are specified in the contract or quotation provided to you.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products (unless defective)
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package the product securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RAN and a copy of your invoice with the return shipment.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from the refund amount for standard products.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value. If the exchanged product is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference. The exchange process follows the same steps as the return process.
